If your flight is canceled due to a typhoon, you can still pick up your duty free purchases at your assigned DFS pick-up counter at Naha Airport before boarding your new flight.
There is no need to contact us regarding flight changes unless one of the following conditions apply. Please contact our Customer Service Center at least 2.5 hours prior to your new departure time or before 7PM, if you flight is earlier than 1:30PM the next day.
● If your new flight will be departing from a different terminal. For example, from the Domestic Terminal (ANA, JAL) to the International Terminal.
● If your new departure time is earlier than your original departure time.
