Browse through the various products or search on the Search bar at the top of any page within Add the product to your cart, check out and make your payment through one of the payment options available on  

+ Do I need to register for an account to shop on the DFS Platform? 

You may shop as a guest however if you would like a record of your past purchase, we encourage you to register for an account.  

+ Who can shopon DFS Platform? 

All travelers who have domestic (Excluding flights to Okinawa's outlying islands) or international flight tickets departing from Naha Airport can shop and make reservationon 



+ How do I know if my reservation is placed successfully? 

An reservation confirmation and collection slip will be sent to the email address provided at the point of online reservation. It will contain your reservation details.  

+ When can I start reserving and when is the cutoff?  

Reservations can be placed from 29 days before departure from Okinawa (Excluding flights to Okinawa's outlying islands) to 5:00PM on the day before your flight departing from Naha Airport.  

+ Where can I pick up my reservation? 

The pickup location is at DFS pick up counter at Naha Airport. Please see the location in your reservation confirmation e-mail.  

+What should I do if my flight, departure time, or schedule changes?

Changes will be accepted up to 2.5 hours before the flight. Please contact T Galleria by DFS, Okinawa by our toll-free number 0120-782-460 between 11:00AM to 8:00PM.

+What happens if I change the flight that 29 days ahead of the reservation date?

The information you provide will be kept for 29 days. Therefore, please cancel your reservation and rebook 29 days before your new departure date.



What currency am I charged in? 

All our prices are in JPY and your credit card will be charged in JPY. For foreign credit card holders, your credit card provider will convert your payment based on the bank’s current exchange rates. 

+ What forms of payment does the DFS Platform accept? 

We accept payment by VISAMastercardJCB and AMEX. 



+ Can I benefit from in-store promotions when purchasing on the DFS Platform? 

In-store promotions might differ from the promotions available online.  

+ Does my promo code expire? 

Yes, each promo code issued will have a validity period indicated on the communication.  

+ Is my promo code exchangeable for cash? 

No, promo code(s) are not exchangeable for cash, and they are not refundable in part if it’s not fully redeemed.  

+ Can I use more than 1 promo code in a single transaction? 

No, only 1 promo code can be used in a single transaction.  



+ What is the return policy? 

At DFS, we offer a 100% quality guarantee on all merchandise we sell and want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase when it is presented with established proof of purchase in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below: 


  • You may return merchandise bought at any DFS store for a full refundwithin 90 days of purchase with a receipt. 
  • For all returns, merchandise must be presented in its original packaging, with warranty card, jewelry certificate, tags, not used, worn, consumed or damaged.
  • Unfortunately, we cannotrefund items purchased on sale, or any merchandise that concerns personal hygiene (e.g. underwear, swimwear, etc.). 
  • We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.

Please contact us through the inquiry form on DFS.com we will issue a refund on the faulty item. 



+ Can I cancel my reservation? 

To cancel the reservation, please contact T Galleria by DFS, Okinawa by our toll-free number 0120-782-460 or email us at 2.5 hours before your flight. We are available between 11:00AM to 8:00PM. We will process the cancellation for you. 



+ What products are offered? 

DFS curates and offers you a wide selection of top beauty brands & products. 

+ What if I cannot find the product I am looking for? 

Our website offers you popular and top-selling products. We are constantly increasing and refreshing our product range.  

+ Can I still make a reservation if a product is out of stock? 

We are constantly replenishing our stock. If you are unable to reserve a product due it being out of stock, please check our website again in a few days to see if it has been restocked. .  



+ Can I redeem LOYAL T points when I shop on the DFS Platform? 

You will not be able to redeem points on this website. You may earn status dollar or points when you make your reservation and input your LOYAL T membership number.  



+ I’m experiencing problems reserving through the website. What can I do? 

Our website is best supported by Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 11. Please ensure that the browser you are using is up to date.
